Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in cases where NAVYGATE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is unable to deliver a scheduled live lecture or live training session on the announced date and is unable to reschedule the session within a reasonable timeframe.
In such situations, a full refund of the course fee will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Subscription Refund
- If a refund is requested within the 30-day period, the actual cost of the courses accessed, viewed, or consumed by the user during the subscription period will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Course access includes (but is not limited to) watching videos, downloading materials, accessing assignments, or any form of content consumption.
- If the deducted amount equals or exceeds the subscription fee, no refund will be issued.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are non-refundable:
- Pre-recorded or self-paced courses, once payment has been completed and access has been granted
- Downloadable learning materials, including videos, simulations, datasets, or similar digital content
- Live sessions that are rescheduled due to unavoidable technical or operational reasons, provided the session is successfully conducted at a later date
- Consulting or project-based services once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement
Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification
- Any transaction, processing, or payment gateway fees charged by third parties are non-refundable
