Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in cases where NAVYGATE TECHNOLOGIES is unable to deliver a scheduled live lecture or live training session on the announced date and is unable to reschedule the session within a reasonable timeframe.

In such situations, a full refund of the course fee will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are non-refundable:

  • Pre-recorded or self-paced courses, once payment has been completed and access has been granted
  • Downloadable learning materials, including videos, simulations, datasets, or similar digital content
  • Live sessions that are rescheduled due to unavoidable technical or operational reasons, provided the session is successfully conducted at a later date
  • Consulting or project-based services once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement
Refund Process
  • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification
  • Any transaction, processing, or payment gateway fees charged by third parties are non-refundable
